1. Introduction

Welcome to Pvt.Space! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pvt.Space, including all features, services, and content available on the platform. By accessing or using Pvt.Space, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Pvt.Space.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Content Guidelines

Pvt.Space allows creators to share exclusive content, but users must adhere to the following rules:

  • You own the content you post but grant Pvt.Space a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and distribute it.
  • No illegal content: Content that violates laws, promotes violence, or contains hate speech is strictly prohibited.
  • No exploitation: Content featuring minors, non-consensual material, or explicit abuse is not allowed.
  • No impersonation: You may not misrepresent yourself or create fake profiles.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Content Creators can offer monthly and yearly subscriptions for exclusive content.
  • Pvt.Space processes payments securely and retains a 15% commission from content creator earnings.
  • Payments to content creators are subject to verification and fraud prevention measures.
  • No chargebacks or refunds are allowed unless required by law.

5. User Interaction & Messaging

  • Content Creators and users may interact via private messaging.
  • Harassment, threats, or unsolicited explicit content are not permitted.
  • Pvt.Space reserves the right to monitor and remove content violating these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Content Creators retain ownership of their content.
  • Users may not reproduce, distribute, or screenshot content without explicit permission from the Content Creator.
  • Any unauthorized sharing or leaking of content will result in account termination and possible legal action.

7. Account Termination & Suspension

Pvt.Space reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
  • Engage in fraudulent activity or abuse the platform.
  • Fail to comply with payment and verification policies.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy. Pvt.Space collects and processes data as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Users must not attempt to extract, scrape, or misuse personal data from the platform.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in the Courts of New Zealand
  • By using Pvt.Space, you waive the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

10. Changes to Terms

Pvt.Space may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
