DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy

Pvt.Space respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on Pvt.Space, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Please carefully follow the steps outlined below.
1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To submit a valid DMCA notice, you must provide the following information in writing to our Designated Copyright Agent:
- Your Contact Information:
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
- Identification of the Infringed Work:
- A detailed description or link to the original copyrighted material.
- Identification of the Infringing Content:

- A Statement of Accuracy:

- A signature, either electronic or handwritten.

2. Counter-Notification by Users
If you believe the material, you uploaded was removed in error or is not infringing, you may submit a counter-notification. To be valid, your counter-notice must include:
- Your Contact Information:
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
- Identification of the Material:
- A description of the removed material and its location before removal.
- A Statement of Good Faith Belief:
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to Jurisdiction:
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or your address, if outside the U.S.) and will accept service of process from the party who filed the takedown notice.
- Your Physical or Electronic Signature:
- A signature, either electronic or handwritten.

3. Repeat Infringers
Pvt.Space has a policy of terminating accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Users found to violate copyright laws repeatedly may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned.
4. Limitations of Liability
Pvt.Space is a platform for user-generated content. We are not responsible for any user-uploaded content but will act promptly to address verified DMCA claims.
